A Long and Lonely Sea

Far across an ocean,
A long and lonely sea,
Miles and miles of distance
Divide my love from me.

My love for her is boundless,
Like the long and lonely sea.
It will grow more in the future,
For all eternity.

Far across the ocean,
Past the long and lonely sea.
I'll fly to see my sweetheart,
That we can together be.

We'll spend breif time together
'Cross the long and lonely sea.
And plan life with each other,
How we'll join our family.

Far across the ocean,
O'r that long and lonely sea.
Again I will be flying.
Again we'll parted be.

Then for long months of waiting,
Beyond the long and lonely sea,
For a time we will be parted,
Until she comes to me.

Far across the ocean,
That long and lonely sea.
She'll fly here with her children,
To make our family.

We'll never again be parted,
By the long and lonely sea.
But stay together forever,
Through all eternity.
